The workshop will consist of a variety of playful group activities, mainly based on playground and theatre games – watch out for some new variations to make them even more fun!

So lets get together and just celebrate being human, all that makes us unique and all that makes us the same. Lets unite through the joy of play!

This session will be focussed on games. Creative artful activities and workshops are planned for future sessions.

What will happen at a mindfulplay workshop?

A mindfulplay workshop will consist of fun group games and creative activities.

Group games will be mainly based on playground and theatre games, though there will be some new variations to make them even more fun.

Creative activities will include creating a large group painting, solo arts and crafts, such as collages, mask making, origami, playdough and plasticine sculptures.

From time to time, we will bring in teachers to run specialised workshops, such as dance, music, theatre improv and more.

You will also find out about the benefits of play and how to bring more playfulness into your everyday lives.

Anyone can join in, there is no required level of skill or ability. The great thing about playing is it’s easy and it’s fun!
